Vision of Department
To create a technician in Mechanical Engineering field with fundamental knowledge, who will be able to withstand firmly in the competitive world and will be ready to take up the responsibilities for the development of the society and industry.
Mission of Department
Mission 1: To develop the learning environment so that the students can perceive the fundamental and specific knowledge of science and applied engineering.
Mission 2: To organize the technical events to promote the students to participate in various technical events to develop the technical skills of presentation, communication, team work and work ethics.
Mission 3: To cultivate the students through industry trainings to understand the environment and working process of industry and the responsibilities of engineers towards the society.
Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) of Department
PEO 1: To understand and apply the fundamental and specific knowledge of science and engineering to solve the problems through engineering tools.
PEO 2: To understand the needs of the society related to development in health, safety and know the impacts of engineering solutions on the environment.
PEO 3:To communicate effectively and apply work principles of professional ethics to achieving a goal of team.
PEO 4:To adopt the new technological change in the working fields of engineering.
PEO 5:To eligible them for the higher education in engineering.
